Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order. All deliveries are tracked using reputable courier service. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.
We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but should you wish to return your purchase our Jewellery is fully refundable within seven days of receiving your order and provided it is in the same condition. We do not accept returns if jewellery has been modified, resized or damaged.
How to return an item:
- Email email@example.com including invoice and description.
- Make sure to pack the jewellery safely and in its original box and packaging.
Refunds can only be made to the original card holder of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We will refund the purchase price paid by you but not the original delivery charges.
You can return your item via the Post Office or International equivalent. We advise using a safe reputable carrier, but please remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting as proof of posting. Please keep this in a safe place until your refund has been made. For International returns please be aware that any charges incurred on return to Deheb Jewellery, will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within five days of our receipt of your item or product and dehebjewellery.com will send you an email to let you know that we have received it and are processing the payment. After you have received this email, please allow a further 5-8 days before your account is credited.
Dehebjewellery.com cannot be held responsible for any items or products lost in transit. All such items or products are at your risk.
